Hoban Cultural Foundation, with the aim of establishing a new future for visual arts in South Korea through the diverse and fresh perspectives of young artists, has been hosting the Emerging Artist Awards annually.

What is Goyang Artist 365+? Launched in 2017, Goyang Artist 365 has established itself as a leading artist support program in Goyang City. Goyang Artist 365+ is a newly expanded initiative that provides meaningful growth opportunities for artists in innovative ways. For 2025, previous participants of Goyang Artist 365 are also eligible to apply, as prior restrictions on past participants have been lifted. Artists may apply in one of two categories: Space Support and Exhibition Support. We welcome the participation of artists who wish to contribute to the growth and expansion of Goyang’s cultural and artistic landscape in collaboration with the Goyang Cultural Foundation.

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Korea Arts Management Service are promoting the ‘Exclusive Artist Support’ project to establish a foundation for discovering and nurturing artists in galleries, public and private art museums, and alternative spaces. Horanggasy Creative Studio is an art residency located in Yangnim-dong, Gwangju, housed in the historic Underwood Missionary Residence, which boasts 121 years of history and has been reimagined as a platform for artistic creation and exchange.

Since 2022, Cheongmundang has been hosting the "Z to A" competition to support and promote local young artists. This program offers an incubating opportunity for emerging curators and artists, culminating in participant-led exhibitions aimed at fostering independent artistic practice. We invite all interested individuals to apply and take part in this opportunity.
